கட்டுரைப் பேசுவதை விட என் நம்பிக்கையை அல்லது நம்பிக்கையின்மையையே வெளியிட்டிருந்தேன். இத்தனைக் கிளர்ச்சியில் எனக்கு உடன்பாடில்லை. உயிர்க் கொலையையே இயல்பாக மறந்த நாம் கொள்ளையையா பிடிக்கப் போகிறோம்.

ஊழல் கொள்ளையாக மட்டும் இருந்தது. தற்போது அது பரிணாம வளர்ச்சி பெற்று முக்கிய நிறுவனங்களின் அதன் மெய்க்காப்பளர்களின் நம்பகத் தன்மையை கேலிக்குரியதாக ஆக்கிவிட்டது. இது இன்று காங்கிரஸ் அரசு செய்துகொண்டிருக்கும் சாதனை. அதன் பட்டியலை நீங்களே தேடி உணருங்கள். TRAI லிருந்து தொடங்கலாம். ஆன்ம சுத்தியைக் கொணர இயலாதெனின் அரசியல் மாற்றத்தையாவதுக் கொணரலாம். இவர் அதையும் செய்யத் தயங்குகிறார். அதைத் தான் வினவியிருந்தேன்.

சேலத்திலிருந்து ஊருக்கு வரும்போது ஒரு சிறுமி இடது சாரி பிரசுரங்களை இந்திய எதிர்ப்பு பிரசராங்களுடன் விற்று கொண்டிருந்தாள். யாரும் வாங்கவில்லை! ஆனால் அவள் தொனியில் இருந்த வெறுப்பு என்னை அமைதி இழக்கச் செய்தது. சீனாவிடம் இருந்து ஜனநாயகத்தையும், மனிதத்தையும் நாம் கற்றுக் கொள்ள வேண்டி இருக்கிறது. இடது சாரிகளைப் பார்த்தால் அருவருப்பு அடைகிறேன்! சீனாவிடம் நிதியைப் பெறுபவர்கள் திபெத் குறித்தும், அருணாச்சல பிரேதேசம் குறித்தும் பேசுவார்களா? எதிர் நிலை சமுகத்துக்குத் தேவை தான்! ஆனால் இவர்களைப் போன்ற சமுக கிருமிகள் அல்ல! ஷர்மிளா ஒரு சிறு அம்பு அவ்வளவே! அவரைக் குறித்த நடுநிலைக் கருத்து கொண்ட முதல் கட்டுரை இதுவே!

Dear Sir,
As I do not have the facility of writing up in Thamizh I am writing this in English.
I suppose, you have not done in depth studies on North East Problems, for the following reasons.
1. The problems are inherited from British rule. Their strategy is divide and rule. You can see in TN. They sowed the myth theory of aryan-dravidian clash. As a result, even high level intellectuals are not able to come out of their theory of aryan-dravidian, in spite of clinching evidences to suggest there is no such invasion, ever occurred in India.
2. The problem, sowed by the British, is fanned by Chinese. The British to quell the Naga Sadhu Agitation, planted lots of priests of x-ian religion in the garb of social work. Naturally, well connected, with the powers of the rulers, the x-ian priests were doing the divide and rule policy, of segregating Hindus into upper and lower castes. (This we will take up some other time). After the leaving of the British, the Chinese wanted to help the dividing powers by supplying arms and new found theories of Naxalism and Maoism and Communism. This also targeted against majority Hindus (now they are not majority).
3. In support of my argument, in point No.2, I would like to quote a news item appeared in Indian Express during economic blockade recently announced by Naga politicians, against Manipur. Manipur, is, one of the best places in India, and most of the people worship Lord Krishna. An army officer, wrote an article saying, in effect, that X-ians are blocking the traffic for Hindus for refusing to toe the lines of x-ian separatists.
4. Again, why a prominent leader of Naga separatist by name Muviah, is given asylum in Germany and the Indian government conduct negotiations with him giving all the facilities? Who is there to clarify what is happening in Nagaland? Both the big political parties Cong and BJP have miserably failed to solve this problem, is the truth before our vision.
To conclude, I would like to present my opinion as – the North East problem is nothing but driving out Hindus from their homeland.

This is with reference to your recent articles in your blog about Mr. Anna Hazare. May I request you to translate these articles in English and post them in your own blog or any popular magazine like India Today, et al?
I think it would be a great service to Anna’s campaign. Also, it could provide more impetus amongst the people that are otherwise distracted and discouraged by the propaganda of the vested interests. I am referring to those who are emotionally and intellectually vulnerable. There’s so much of centrifugal forces being exerted on them.
I know you are quite immersed in your work – Ponniyin Selvan screenplay and others. But translation is to be done by someone who has got as much command over the language as you do. Anyway, apologies, if you find this email too intruding.
